Armor People Link offers flexible staffing solutions that can provide our clients with short and long-term contingent workers to meet their seasonal, project or growth requirements. We maintain an active database of qualified registered contingent workers who have been tested and met stringent quality control standards in regards to safety, functional literacy, math, and operationally specific skills. We have the capacity to quickly scale up your workforce needs both locally in the GTA and nationally across Canada. We work with some of the largest companies in Canada to meet their on-demand workforce requirements.
Temporary Labour Solutions
Armor People Link can provide a range of temporary or contingent workforce solutions across a range of industries in the greater GTA area. We have 40 plus years’ experience servicing large and small clients with a variety of skilled and non-skilled workers. Our dedicated temporary staffing group has a large database of established and well vetted associates with many years of experience. We are continually recruiting for new workers through our online and offline channels and can deploy new workers in as little as 3 hours’ notice.
High Volume
We routinely provide high volumes of temporary skilled and non-skilled workers. Our dedicated Staff Trak platform is one of the only workforce deployment systems dedicated to meeting the needs of high volume clients. We have and are currently working with many of Canada’s large volume retail, warehouse, automotive and light manufacturing companies. We have the capacity to develop and implement a rapid ramp up of new facilities as well as support the seasonal demands placed on our warehousing, logistics and retail clients.
Safety & Compliance
Delivering a safe and compliant temporary labour force is our top priority. Each worker applying to Armor People Link must go through a comprehensive evaluation and training program. This includes WHMIS, language proficiency, basic math, health and safety, on the job harassment, and injury and fall protection. Only after completing this evaluation and training are workers deemed to be Armor Associates and ready to be deployed to a work site.
The onsite safety of our associates is our top priority. We routinely conduct onsite safety inspections and compliance at each of our client work sites. We are fully compliant with WSIB and cherish our top rated safety record.
Finally, we want our clients and associates to be happy and satisfied in their work environment and we work very hard to address issues early and implement remedial solutions quickly that address the needs of both parties.
