Candidate application process

The candidate application process at Armor People Link is all about making the right match.  To do so we begin by learning and listening.  Once you’ve built your profile and submitted your resume online, one of our professional recruiters will review your application to learn more about your skills and how they might match our client’s needs. 
Next we need to listen, if your resume meets our standards, [link to standards doc] we’ll invite you for an introductory interview.  Remember this interview does not imply that we necessarily have an available position open; we just want to listen and get to know you better.  We want to hear about your education, experience, goals and aspirations.  All these things help us make that perfect match.

The next stage in the process can often be intimidating: assessment and evaluate.  No need to be nervous, we’re not here to judge, and there is no pass or fail.  Our tests are designed to help us better understand your abilities and personality type to make sure we make the right match for you and our clients.

Once we’ve built a complete profile of your application, we add you to our database of active candidates and begin matching you with potential employers.  For some candidates a match might happen immediately while others might take longer.  Regardless, be assured our system is continually evaluating your profile against every new opportunity that enters the system and a recruiting agent will contact you immediately when a match occurs.
